The Director of Infrastructure and Facilities Maintenance provides strategic leadership for all facilities, infrastructure, utilities, and maintenance operations across a 500-acre destination campus with more than 125 existing and planned buildings, including lodging, wellness, dining, event, horticultural, and recreational facilities. This role oversees preventative and corrective maintenance programs, wastewater treatment, geothermal and solar utility systems, building infrastructure, and an electric vehicle fleet while managing departmental budgets, contractor and vendor relationships, and capital project coordination.
