JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for the maintenance and repairs for rough in carpentry to include, but not limited to, framing, sheet goods, wood decking and dock work as well as repairing wood metal stud work, and trim work including various moldings, turnings, laminate application, cabinet work, and window and door installation. Maintains the roof surfaces of buildings, performs roof, gutter/downspout, window leak and other water infiltration repairs and preventative maintenance, and completes specific work orders for masonry, tile, pavers, and woodwork.
