Regular travel is required to assigned locations, including ETSU at Kingsport, the Marshall T. Nave Center in Elizabethton, ETSU at Sevierville, Valleybrook, the Gray Fossil Site, JCCHC, JC Day Center Clinic, the Ashe Street property, ETSU athletic facilities, and other locations as assigned. Responsibilities include planning, prioritizing, assigning, and monitoring maintenance activities; establishing preventive maintenance and inspection programs; coordinating projects; and identifying and approving materials and equipment for ongoing operations and special projects.
