Conduct routine field visits to municipal parks and recreational facilities to assess the condition of athletic fields, playgrounds, restrooms, buildings, parking areas, walkways, landscaping, lighting, signage, and other amenities. Communicate maintenance observations and service requests to appropriate contractor contacts, track corrective actions, verify reported completion, and escalate unresolved issues to the Senior Project Manager.
