The primary focus of the position is on building relationships with families, staff, and the community in English and Spanish, ensuring that all aspects of the programs are implemented according to established protocols, supervising staff, working with the data manager to collect data, and working creatively with the Principal Investigator to make program enhancements. Manage weekly staff meetings, supervise and train program staff and data collectors, develop and manage budgets, outreach and marketing tools, and community partnerships, as well as track key data points, coordinate data collection efforts, and develop reports.
