And we will be better with you.We are looking for a Maintenance Manager to manage and direct maintenance technicians to ensure the reliable operation of all production equipment, facilities, and utilities in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. This role focuses on maximizing equipment uptime, minimizing downtime, and maintaining the highest standards of food safety, safety, and sanitation compliance to support the Amboy facility.What you'll do:<ul><li>Manage, lead, and mentor a team of maintenance technicians to complete maintenance work effectively and efficiently in the facility.</li><li>Develop and execute comprehensive maintenance plans for the facility. Schedule and manage daily maintenance work (PMs, work orders, etc.).</li><li>Oversee contractors/projects in conjunction with engineering team.</li><li>Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance budget to ensure the right materials are available when needed and spending falls within budget.</li><li>Drive improvements in equipment reliability through strong preventative maintenance practices, SOPs, and training of maintenance technicians/operators.</li><li>Collaborate with other departments to create a culture that aligns with our food quality and employee safety standards.</li></ul>What you'll bring:<ul><li>5+ years of relevant maintenance management experience.</li><li>5+ years of hands-on maintenance, operations, or engineering experience.  Involved in setting and evaluating production quotas, both quantity and quality</li><li>
 Manage and lead team members in your area</li><li>
 Work with supervisors and managers in your area to accomplish goals</li><li>
 Come up with innovative ideas to improve current processes</li></ul>
Facility Maintenance and Utilization<ul><li>
 Keep all production facilities in good repair, orderly, and clean</li><li>
 Use equipment to capacity to fill orders</li></ul>
Safety<ul><li>
 Ensure all safety policies are enforced, all training is up to date, and all equipment is guarded and well maintained.</li><li>
 Keep all safety training and maintenance documented</li><li>
 Keep open communication with all Team Members regarding safety issues</li></ul>
Attain the highest profit dollars possible
Balance inventory and reduce stock to ensure maximum turn and in-stock position.<ul><li>Degree in a manufacturing, engineering, or management related field preferred or equivalent management experience</li><li>
