In the union manufacturing environment, he/she will optimize resources and be accountable for the performance of safety, service, planning, production, quality, inventory management, capital project implementation, and leadership/organizational effectiveness. An understanding of modern quality, speed, delivery, service, efficiency and effectiveness demands coming from sophisticated customers who have a deep focus on supply chain management, with automotive supplier experience preferred.
