In this dual role, you will be instrumental in ensuring our facilities are well-maintained and our transportation needs are efficiently met. This is a rewarding opportunity for an individual looking to contribute to the smooth operation of both our facilities and transportation services.</p><p>**Key Responsibilities:**</p><p>- **Facilities Maintenance:**<br/> - Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure cleanliness and functionality of facilities, including restocking supplies and addressing minor repairs.<br/> - Assist in setting up and dismantling equipment for various events and activities within the facility.<br/> - Monitor and report any facility damages or safety hazards to the appropriate department.<br/> - Respond promptly to facility-related inquiries from staff and visitors.</p><p>- **Van Driving:**<br/> - Safely operate company vans to transport employees, clients, or materials to and from designated locations as needed.<br/> - Maintain a high standard of safety and compliance with all traffic regulations and company policies.<br/> - Perform routine vehicle inspections and coordinate necessary maintenance to ensure optimal vehicle performance.<br/> - Schedule and log all transportation activities, maintaining accurate records of trips and maintenance.</p><p>**Qualifications:**</p><p>- High school diploma or equivalent.<br/>- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.<br/>- Previous experience in a facilities maintenance role is preferred.<br/>- Proven ability to handle physical tasks, including lifting and moving equipment.<br/>- Excellent time management and organizational skills.<br/>- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.<br/>- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</p><p>- Must be at least 26 years old due to insurance requirements.</p><p>**Working Conditions:**</p><p>- Physical demands may include lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.<br/>- Flexible work schedule, including occasional evenings and weekends, to accommodate transportation and facility needs.<br/>- Must be comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.</p><p>We offer a competitive salary along with benefits, including healthcare, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development. It will be adding a second phase in 2025 adding 400MW of the GE6.1turbines.</p><p><b>Position Overview</b></p><p>As an Operations & Maintenance Manager you will be responsible for managing the Rock Creek Wind Energy Center.</p><p><b>Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Manage all aspects of the day to day operation of the facility in a safe and environmentally sound manner.</li><li>Prepare and implement plant operating and maintenance procedures ensuring compliance with all Federal, State and Local requirements.</li><li>Recruit, select, train and manage plant operating, maintenance and administrative staff.</li><li>Prepare annual operating budgets and periodic status reports.</li><li>Interface and coordinate with local customers and suppliers.</li><li>Procure parts, materials, services and support resolution of technical issues.</li><li>Ensure compliance with all project safety, environmental and contractual responsibilities.</li><li>Provide a high level of professionalism and technical expertise.</li><li>Perform routine Quality Assurance checks of wind technician work.</li><li>Assist wind technicians from time to time in various wind turbine maintenance.</li></ul><p><b>Required Skills</b></p><ul><li>High School diploma or equivalent</li><li>A minimum of six (6) months of supervisory experience.</li><li>Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office software.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communications skills.</li><li>Must be able to work outdoors in inclement weather, climb ladders without assistance and work at heights greater than 80 meters (250 feet).</li><li>Weight must not exceed 120 kg (265 lbs.) excluding equipment/gear worn when performing job related tasks. </li><li>Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.</li><li>Eligible to work in the United States without the need for employer visa sponsorship now or in the future</li></ul><p><b>Preferred Education and/or Work Experience</b></p><ul><li>Technical degree</li><li>Experience in power generation facilities</li><li>A minimum of 10 years of experience in a manufacturing or skilled trade environment.</li></ul><p style="text-align:inherit"/><p style="text-align:inherit"/><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p style="text-align:left"><b>Base Pay</b></p></div></div></div></div></div></div></div><p style="text-align:inherit"/><p style="text-align:inherit"/><div><div><div><div>$115,000.00 - $155,000.00 USD Annual<br/>Bonus: 20%</div><div><i>This is a safety sensitive position.
