The role provides operational support for facility and event management, including setup and breakdown, customer service, and game-day operations, while fostering a positive experience for students, staff, coaches, spectators, and campus visitors. Responsible for adhering to policies and procedures governing the Department of Athletics, the University and any applicable rules and regulations associated with the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA), the Coastal Athletic Association, Northeast Conference (NEC), or any other conference or organization with which the University is or becomes associated with which affects University Athletics.
