Atlas delivers Contractor Quality Control management on complex federal construction projects — ground-up, multistory buildings that can include structural steel and mass timber, high-performance envelopes, advanced mechanical / electrical / plumbing systems, and specialized research or laboratory facilities, often pursuing LEED and the Federal Guiding Principles. Strongly preferred: experience as QC Manager on a new, ground-up, multistory laboratory, research, or similarly complex technical building exceeding 15,000 SF, substantially completed within the last 8 years (federal preferred), plus hands-on MEP, laboratory-airflow, and building-control-systems experience.
