Review Work Orders daily and complete associated tasks/repairs by Type/Priority and document the "as found" condition, troubleshooting/repair details, list any testing equipment (w/calibration dates), test results data, photos, verbal/written documentation of communication with Requestor and final "as corrected" condition. Under supervision, ensure safe and efficient operation of HVAC&R equipment including Boilers, Chillers, Pumps, Heat Exchangers, Air Handling Equipment, variable frequency drives, remote terminal units, and follows through to completion any required repairs maintenance and alterations.
