Facilities Manager - Stamford Advanced HospitalityFacilities Manager - StamfordStamford, ConnecticutThis position will report to the VP of Development & Construction, with further guidance from Restaurant Management to identify and trouble-shoot issues, implement and track preventative maintenance plans, manage repair and maintenance budgets, develop and manage service vendor relationships, and work with restaurant general managers to prioritize needs. The individual will assess and evaluate the condition of existing equipment and facilities, identify repair and replacement needs, complete repairs whenever possible, and coordinate with external service vendors when specialized services are required.
