The position works closely with management, maintenance personnel, vendors, and employees to support safety initiatives, coordinate training, maintain documentation, and oversee facility-related projects and repairs. Coordinate facility maintenance, preventive maintenance schedules, and building systems including HVAC, plumbing, lighting, fire protection, and security.
