They coordinate closely with the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, airlines, concessionaires, tenants, contractors, and internal Vantage/JMP teams to maintain seamless operations and to ensure that modernization projects, such as the phased development and activation of the new Terminal 6, are integrated smoothly with ongoing Terminal 7 operations. Facilities Operations & Maintenance: Lead preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs for terminal building systems (including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, vertical transportation, baggage handling, and life safety systems) to maximize uptime, efficiency, and asset lifecycle.
