What You Will Do: Provide advanced technical leadership and subject matter expertise across HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, building automation, energy management, indoor air quality, emergency power, and life safety systems, ensuring safe, reliable, efficient operations and serving as the primary escalation point for complex facility issues. Build strong relationships with business leaders, workplace services teams, occupants, vendors, and external partners, acting as a key operational contact for building issues and service interruptions while clearly communicating facility risks, operational updates, and project impacts to support employee experience and business continuity.
