<h2>Role Overview</h2><p><strong>Sodexo</strong> is seeking a <strong>General Manager 3 (Food) </strong>for <strong>Southeastern Oklahoma State University (SE)</strong> located in <strong>Durant, OK</strong>.  </p><p>This position oversees the food service at Southeastern Oklahoma State University in Durant, Oklahoma. This includes resident dining for approximately 600 boarders, an Einstein Bros Bagels as well as catering and snack bar. You will be responsible for directing a staff of approximately 35 from recruitment, hiring, training, motivation and rewards. You will interact with the campus leadership to ensure student satisfaction as well as community involvement through catering and athletic events.  While not the main focus of this position, culinary knowledge along with the ability to stand-in when the chef is out is required.</p><p>Sodexo provides college campuses with food, nutrition, environmental, and facilities management solutions.
