Job Summary: The Security Manager will be designated Facility Security Officer (FSO) for the Talladega, Alabama site. This person will direct the development and administration of security programs, procedures, and physical security controls to safeguard classified material (32 CFR Part 117, NISPOM), proprietary materials, and documentation for responsible facilities. In addition, this person will oversee the security operations of their responsible facilities to ensure compliance with the Special Security agreement (SSA), Visitation Policy (VP), and directives issued by the ESA Government Security Committee (GSC) and Management. Responsibilities and Tasks: <ul><li> Direct and administer the National Industrial Security Programs to ensure compliance with government and Elbit Systems of America (ESA) security regulations </li><li> Ensure timely distribution of Department of Defense regulations concerning classified information </li><li> Oversee investigations involving fraud, theft, sabotage, espionage, subversive activities, or employee misconduct </li><li> Direct and manage the badge identification system for all employees, service and technical representatives, contractors, and visitors </li><li> Lead efforts concerning physical security of the building to include the possible response to alarms, key/lock control, combination changes and tracking, security camera support, and other potential emergency response needs </li><li> Review all classified contracts to ensure that proper security guidance is received from the government or other contracting officers </li><li> Serve as an advisor to the Corporate Security Leadership Team on matters regarding security for the Electronic Systems Division and responsible facilities </li><li> Act on behalf of the GSC in administering the SSA with their authority as established in applicable Procedures, the SSA, and the Visitation Policy (VP), and other directives issued by the GSC. The Property Manager will help ensure the property is operated in accordance with applicable HUD requirements, Fair Housing laws, tenant certification procedures, voucher processing expectations, lease requirements, maintenance standards, and institutional policies. This position will work closely with college leadership, maintenance staff, vendors, residents, Paulhus, consultants, and other partners to strengthen property operations and support long-term compliance.
