Working closely with internal departments and external service providers, you will manage facilities budgets, work orders, capital improvements, and emergency response procedures to ensure compliance with building codes, fire and life-safety regulations, environmental requirements, and company policies while maintaining a safe, clean, and professional work environment that supports business operations and employee productivity. You will be responsible for managing the daily operations and maintenance of a commercial facility of approximately 90,000 square feet, including oversight of building systems, preventive maintenance, repairs, janitorial and grounds services, space utilization, and vendor and contractor performance.
