The incumbent ensures the houses are safe, adequately staffed, organized, supplied, and consistently operated in accordance with established program policies and procedures.\nUnder the direction of the Reentry & Recovery Administrator, the Operations Coordinator directly supervises Participant Advisors and coordinates staffing schedules, coverage, residential procedures, property needs, inspections, maintenance requests, transportation resources, safety systems, and other operational activities necessary to maintain reliable 24-hour residential services.\nThe operations Coordinator works closely with the Senior Case Manage/Social Worker, Participant Success Specialists, R&R Coordinator, and other program staff to ensure residential operations support participant recovery, stability, accountability, and successful community reintegration. Qualifications (education, experience, skills):\n· Associate degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Human Services, Criminal Justice, Facilities Management, Hospitality, Behavioral Health, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and progressively responsible relevant experience.\n· Three years of progressively responsible experience in residential services, housing, operations, facilities, human services, behavioral health, recovery services, corrections, hospitality, property operations, or a closely related field.\n·
