Qualifications - Required: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills - Active Driver's License - Ability to work on-call, overtime, weekends, and holidays - Strong communication skills - Ability to lift 50 lbs, work at heights, and work outdoors in all weather conditions - Up to 10% travel Qualifications - Preferred: - AAS degree or technical apprenticeship - 5+ years industrial production or distribution experience - CO production or filling experience - Instrumentation and control experience - Basic tractor/trailer maintenance capability - Active CDL Class A with Tanker Endorsement (Bonus) About Linde: Linde is a leading global industrial gases and engineering company with 2025 sales of $34 billion. Scope of Work: The Technician is responsible for all aspects of the CO depot, including: operating and maintaining fixed equipment; troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and control- system issues; supporting distribution operations including driver training, product loading, troubleshooting fill issues, maintaining analyzers, ensuring QA and DOT compliance, and performing basic tractor and trailer maintenance; coordinating and overseeing contractor work; maintaining compliance through scheduled inspections; and occasional travel for training or plant support.
