A combination of education, certifications, and work experience equal to 1 year, in different aspects of building mechanics, including but not limited to: diagnosing problems with mechanical drives, fans, motors, replacement of bearings and shafts, annual overhauls of pumps and motors. Under general supervision of designated supervisor, install, maintain, and repair building system equipment components including but not limited to; motors, pumps, bearings, fan coils, exhaust systems, filters, emergency lighting, dining specific equipment, grease traps, etc.
