Strictly adhere to all plant safety practices, codes, procedures, and programs• Communicate with plant personnel to identify, diagnose, and repair equipment issues and process upsets• Use and maintain the Maintenance Work Order System with accuracy• Complete documentation for Work Orders, preventive maintenance tasks, part requisitions, scheduling, and other maintenance processes• Identify needed parts and supplies and follow ordering procedures to obtain them• Rebuild complex mechanical equipment (e.g., pumps, valves)• Complete assigned Work Orders and request assistance when necessary• Perform complex rebuilds and modifications to plant systems and individual equipment• Conduct welding, basic pipefitting, and hydraulic/pneumatic troubleshooting and repairs• Participate in special projects as assigned• Perform additional duties as required Qualifications . This includes maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems; performing preventive maintenance; testing electrical components; and supporting overall equipment performance.
