The position performs skilled and general maintenance, preventive maintenance, minor repairs, carpentry, floor care, grounds upkeep, room and event setup, and basic electrical work within the employee's training and authorization. · Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and general repairs throughout Seminary buildings, offices, classrooms, meeting spaces, restrooms, common areas, and exterior areas.
