Position Summary: Assists Plant's Maintenance Manager in managing the overall plant's preventive maintenance program, including equipment specifications of mechanical systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical routing, vacuum systems, circuit boards, electronic equipment, and computer hardware. OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: In Conjunction with QA Director, assists maintenance department on all Fire Inspections, FDA Inspections, USDA Inspections, US Agriculture Inspections, and all Orange County Health Department Inspections and works closely with QA Director on responses and corrective actions.
