p>The Technician II works closely with the Facility Manager and other site teams to complete preventive maintenance, respond to equipment issues, and coordinate with contractors when specialized service is required. The Facilities Maintenance Technician II is responsible for performing intermediate-to-advanced maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs across the facility's building systems, equipment, grounds, and infrastructure.
