The role oversees the Long-Term Maintenance Plan, CMMS and work-order processes, maintenance planning and scheduling, outage execution, spare-parts inventory, budgeting, contractor management, mechanical integrity, root cause analysis, and reliability improvement across boilers, turbines, rotating machinery, electrical and instrumentation systems, and associated plant equipment. Reporting to the Facility Manager, the Maintenance Supervisor provides hands-on leadership and direction to the site maintenance team, ensuring work is planned, prioritized, budgeted, and executed safely, efficiently, and cost-effectively.
