Responsibilities include performing routine maintenance and repairs, coordinating janitorial and facility service vendors, managing maintenance supplies and inventory, maintaining HVAC and access control systems, assisting with event setup and seasonal decorations, and supporting groundskeeping and landscaping activities. Maintain the operating condition, appearance, and functionality of all parish buildings, facilities, equipment, offices, workrooms, meeting spaces, kitchens, halls, classrooms, and grounds.
