Our work depends on a Senior Case Manager joining our team to provide advanced oversight, leadership, and strategic guidance supporting the Health Resources & Services Administration (HRSA) and the broader mission of the Organ Procurement & Transplantation Network (OPTN). The Senior Case Manager provides strategic oversight, mentors a team of case managers and investigators, drives continuous quality improvement, and collaborates closely with HRSA, OPTN Committees, CMS, and member organizations.
