This candidate must be organized, self-motivated, and able to communicate with professionalism.This is a unique position that requires NO EXPERIENCE. WE WILL TRAIN ALL ASPECTS OF THIS JOB. All that is needed to become an AFI employee is the willingness to learn and the desire to put forth your best efforts.This work involves general labor work.Some responsibilities may include working with fiberglass molds, sealing, waxing, buffing and possibly some sanding.De-molding the parts from the mods and taking them to the next designated area.This employee will also participate in quality inspection of the product.Employees will be responsible for cleaning his/her area after use and general housekeeping plus any other duties that the Supervisor may request.AFI pays competitive wages and offers paid vacation, holidays, bonuses, 50% paid medical insurance, bereavement pay, 401K retirement fund with company match, on-site training and annual employee appreciation events.Come be a part of the AFI team and live a rewarding life.

Packing, processing, and shipping MTO orders for all customers· Driving the truck to the Fulfillment Center· Picking up or delivering for the Sewing School across the street or knit hat orders for production.· Shipping, including ASNs and processing and scheduling freight pickups· Returns· Internet, computer and email· Able to drive forklift and standup tow motor in a safe and proper manner.· Gathering Orders (Stock or MTO) from the shop floor· Packing stock, Kits, International orders, and other special packaging orders for the FC· Picking and packing fabric and component orders to be sent to our satellite factories.·

Warehouse Associate<ul><li>Location: Cleveland, OH M-F 8am-4pm</li><li>Pay: $17-$20/hour</li></ul> Inova Staffing is looking for a shipping and receiving associate. for our client in Cleveland Ohio who is Motivated, high energy, positive attitude, strong communication skills, detail oriented, flexible and have shipping and receiving skills.  Essential Job Functions:· Accuracy· Safety – especially when operating forklifts or material handling vehicles and equipment.· Gathering Orders (Stock or MTO) from the shop floor· Packing stock, Kits, International orders, and other special packaging orders for the FC· Picking and packing fabric and component orders to be sent to our satellite factories.· Packing, processing, and shipping MTO orders for all customers· Driving the truck to the Fulfillment Center· Picking up or delivering for the Sewing School across the street or knit hat orders for production.· Shipping, including ASNs and processing and scheduling freight pickups· Returns· Internet, computer and email· Able to drive forklift and standup tow motor in a safe and proper manner.· All incoming shipments of goods must be received, entered, and put away within 24 hours.· Unload trucks, record receipts into TCM, make tags for raw materials, and put goods away into their appropriate bins (or deliver to the appropriate area/person). Qualifications:Education & Certifications: High School Diploma or equivalent preferredExperience: 1 year warehouse or manufacturing experience or 1 year customer service in a physical role preferred. Proficient in computer skills and applications (Microsoft Office, Outlook, etc.) Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand, bend, reach, and walk for duration of shift. Must be able to comfortably lift up to 40 pounds repetitively. Must be willing to be trained on Joey and Forklifts. Apply Now!
