Proficiencies: Prior experience practicing as an M&A and Private Equity attorney, predominantly on public company transactions and Delaware law matters (at least 5 years required); Experience with knowledge management and legal innovation practices (preferred); Advanced knowledge of the workflows and core needs of public company M&A lawyers and Private Equity lawyers; Advanced proficiency in researching and drafting relevant legal documents and content, including model documents, forms and templates, practice process checklists, training materials, articles, client presentations, and client alerts; Demonstrated interest in and aptitude for generative AI, legal innovation, and emerging technologies relevant to legal practice; Ability to evaluate legal workflows and identify opportunities for improvement, knowledge sharing, automation, and technology enablement; Ability to translate attorney needs into practical knowledge, AI, and technology solutions; Strong communication, engagement, including the ability to build credibility with senior leaders, attorneys, clients and explain legal technology concepts in practical terms; Proficiency in developing training curricula and learning and development best practices; Ability to handle multiple projects, and prioritize effectively; Ability to work independently, and collaborate as a team member; and. AI, Technology and Innovation: Partner with attorneys to identify and prioritize high-value opportunities to improve legal workflows through AI, automation, and other technology, and translate them into defined use cases and requirements; Design, configure, test, and refine AI-enabled workflows, prompt libraries, and playbooks for the Assigned PGs; Coordinate pilots and proofs of concept, including setting success criteria, gathering feedback, and driving launch, adoption, and continuous improvement; Evaluate emerging technologies and their application to private equity and M&A practice; Collaborate with the Innovation & Legal Solutions Department on Firm-wide initiatives, and contribute to policies and guidance on responsible AI use and effective knowledge management; and.
