In this highly collaborative role, you'll manage the day-to-day operations, compliance, recruitment, scheduling, and continued development of our residency and fellowship programs while supporting educational initiatives for residents, fellows, advanced practice provider students, and other learners. Working closely with the Associate Chief of Education, Program Directors, faculty, and divisional leadership, you'll oversee a diverse portfolio of graduate and continuing medical education programs across Mass General Brigham and affiliated training sites.
