The APP will primarily focus on vascular surgery admissions, inpatient consults, daily floor management, pre-operative and post-operative care, clinical assessment, discharge planning, and coordination of care in collaboration with the vascular surgery team. The APP will be responsible for the evaluation and management of vascular surgery patients throughout their inpatient stay, including admissions, daily floor management, pre-operative and post-operative care, discharge planning, and coordination of care.
