Qualifications & Requirements:
- Graduate degree in a mental health field required - Licensed or license-eligible in New York as an LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, PsyD, PhD, LMSW, or related clinical credential - Experience or strong interest in trauma-informed and evidence-based care - Able to work both remotely and in person at our Midtown Manhattan office - Able to provide clinical care to adults in both individual and group settings

Salary & Benefits:
- $70,000–$85,000 annually, depending on experience, credentials, and role fit - We offer a comprehensive health benefits package, including multiple medical, dental, and vision plan options.
Preferred experience includes group facilitation, IOP/PHP/residential/higher level of care settings, eating disorder treatment, trauma treatment, CBT, DBT, EMDR, ERP, somatic therapy, anxiety, mood disorders, OCD, or related modalities.
