Serve as lead manager during each shift, overseeing our Culinary team and Apprentices to execute weekly meal production of over 4500 meals weekly - including prepping, cooking, and plating. We are proud to have provided over 32,000 paid training hours, served more than 387,000 meals to the community, distributed more than 545,000 pounds of groceries, and recovered more than 75,000 pounds of food over the last two years.
