What You'll Do: Drive category performance through effective catalog management and vendor engagement, including promotions, assortment optimization, SKU onboarding, and vendor onboarding; Partner cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Finance, Merchandising Operations, and Product teams to meet and exceed category goals; Analyze economic and industry trends, particularly related to agricultural commodities and inputs, to inform forecasting and strategy; Lead strategic initiatives and identify process improvements to increase efficiency across the Equine and Farm teams; Support Category Managers in executing business priorities and delivering results across the broader Equine and Farm business; What You'll Need: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Animal Sciences, Agriculture, Agribusiness, or a related field; Experience working with agricultural products, commodities, or animal health/nutrition categories; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in Excel and familiarity with SQL preferred; Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail; Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; Willingness to travel up to 10%; Bonus: Proficiency in SQL or other data analysis tools; Internship or early-career experience in eCommerce, category management, buying, analytics, consulting, finance, marketing, agribusiness, or animal sciences ; Ability to influence across a cross-functional, matrixed organization; Demonstrated ownership and a track record of delivering results; Experience leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency and decision-making; #LI-BB2; The base salary range for this role is $76,000 - $114,000.00. You will work closely with leading equine, poultry, and livestock feed companies to optimize assortment strategy, onboard new brands and products, and improve overall category health.
