Lead the design and execution of a best-in-class fellowship learning experience—spanning curriculum architecture, session design, facilitation strategy, and individualized support structures such as discussion groups, mentorship, and coaching—to ensure fellows consistently receive high-quality support and develop the knowledge, skills, and leadership capacity needed for impact. Own the strategy for campaign partnerships, including identifying priority partnership areas, guiding partner selection, and overseeing the vetting and onboarding process to ensure partnerships create meaningful opportunities for fellows and advance movement impact.
