This role represents the business, makes and coordinates process decisions on behalf of the business, and partners closely with IT functional teams, subject matter experts, change management, training, data, reporting, and leadership stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of future-state capabilities. The role assesses current-state processes, defines future-state requirements, supports solution design, identifies change impacts, coordinates testing and training activities, and helps transition the organization to sustainable post-go-live operations.
