This leader is responsible for developing talent through training, qualification, and mentoring of both inspectors and QE specialists, and plays a central role in coordinating with Manufacturing, Design, Supply Chain, and Regulatory/QA teams to support release readiness, resolve technical issues, and mitigate operational risk. In this role, the Supervisor oversees all dimensional inspection operations-including CMM programming, GD&T application, and release-while also guiding APQP activities, PFMEA and Control Plan development, measurement systems analysis (MSA), SPC initiatives, and structured problem‑solving efforts such as 8D and 5 Whys.
