Suggestion: If this role will support carrier network integrations (AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Dish, etc.), I'd also add microwave, Nokia/Ericsson/Samsung equipment, and network commissioning experience to make it easier to attract experienced cell-site technicians. This position performs advanced field work supporting wireless and wireline network environments, including routers, switches, basebands, upconverters, power plants, backup power systems, batteries, generators, and associated telecommunications equipment.
