With nearly 40 years of construction and development experience , Horizon builds multifamily housing and other signature projects—including master-planned mixed-use neighborhoods, commercial/retail, and themed hotel waterpark resorts—across Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, and Michigan . You’ll work closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, subcontractors, and clients to help manage RFIs , submittals , drawings, schedules, budgets, and closeout documentation—keeping the project aligned with scope, quality, and safety expectations.
