This role partners with infrastructure, cloud, network, application, security, and operations teams to provide clear visibility into service health, proactively identify risks, accelerate incident resolution, and reduce repetitive operational work. Design, implement, and support enterprise observability, monitoring, telemetry, event management, alerting, and service health capabilities across on-premises, cloud, network, application, database, endpoint, and third-party environments.
