The US Payroll Manager will oversee Payroll Analysts, maintain SOX-compliant processes and controls, monitor regulatory changes, and partner closely with HR, Finance, and business leaders to support operational excellence, compliance, and employee satisfaction. Reporting to the Global Payroll Director, this role is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely execution of end-to-end payroll processing, payroll tax administration, compliance, audits, reporting, and team leadership.
