The Associate General Counsel reports to the General Counsel and collaborates cross-functionally, while exercising independent legal judgment within assigned matters and delegated authority, while maintaining alignment with the General Counsel and internal clients, escalating significant, sensitive, strategic, high-risk, precedent-setting, or enterprise-level matters for final determination as appropriate. Support risk management by identifying, assessing, escalating, and mitigating legal, regulatory, operational, and reputational risk, including insurance, risk assessments, policies, and training, with particular emphasis on enterprise risk on sensitive topics, including fidelity to mission and vision.
