The ideal candidate must be a licensed Registered Nurse in New York State with strong home care experience, proven leadership ability, and experience supervising RNs, LPNs, aides, clinical supervisors, nursing coordinators, training staff, and office-based clinical teams. We are looking for someone who can lead people, manage audits, work closely with DOH, update policies and procedures, oversee multiple programs, support training, improve documentation, collaborate with other departments, and help the agency grow.
