Working independently and with the IT Service Delivery team, the IT Field Technician travels to company locations to resolve issues, perform preventive maintenance, deploy technology, and support new site openings, remodels, relocations, acquisitions, and growth initiatives. The IT Field Technician works in a variety of environments, including corporate offices, retail locations, convenience stores, gaming establishments, fuel facilities, warehouses, construction areas, and other company-operated sites.
