EDUCATION AND SKILLS:High school diploma or GED requiredCertification in HVAC, Electrical, Manufacturing Technology, Industrial Maintenance, or related technical field requiredProfessional licensing in a skilled trade preferredValid driver's license in good standing, with a clean driving recordThree (3) or more years of facilities maintenance, industrial maintenance, manufacturing maintenance, or related experienceExperience in a highly regulated manufacturing environment preferredWorking knowledge of HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and facility systemsAbility to diagnose and repair common facility and equipment issues independentlyAbility to read technical manuals, maintenance procedures, and equipment documentationStrong organizational and communication skillsDemonstrated attention to detail and commitment to workplace safetyAbility to prioritize work in a fast-paced production environmentWORK CONDITIONS: This is a labor-intensive position, working in a greenhouse and manufacturing environment. The employee must be physically capable of performing manual labor tasks required for the proper management of cultivation facility, including meeting activity performance metrics, lifting/carrying product totes, pushing carts, moving and adjusting equipment, etc.
