Travel to customer and partner sites to support mechanical and electrical installation activities Perform KARNO Power Module system commissioning, startup, and acceptance testing Conduct preventive, corrective, and troubleshooting maintenance Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and controls-related issues using test equipment, remote diagnosis support, and software tools Document service activities, inspection findings, and corrective actions accurately and timely Prepare detailed service reports outlining work performed, diagnostic results, and customer feedback; coordinate closely with service engineering and factory quality teams Interface professionally with customers, contractors, and internal engineering teams Participate in on-call or rotating support schedules to support deployed systems, as required Maintain service tools, service vehicles, and spare parts inventory to ensure timely and effective issue resolution. Strong mechanical aptitude with a working knowledge of electrical systems, controls, and sensors Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex equipment issues in field environments Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and service documentation Ability to document work performed clearly and accurately using digital tools Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with customers and cross-functional teams Familiarity with preventive and predictive maintenance practices Comfortable working independently in the field with remote engineering support.
