Key Responsibilites** + Support equipment repair and assist other technicians with mechanical and electrical maintenance + Complete work orders and documentation using established procedures and digital tools + Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using blueprints, schematics, multimeters, laptops, and other diagnostic tools + Operate material handling equipment, battery systems, and powered machinery; use TCP/IP for troubleshooting and setup + Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems + Troubleshoot complex controls issues, including PLCs, networks, PC logic, and I/O devices + Assist in developing technical documentation and troubleshooting guides + Document customer support issues in CMMS and dashboards; collaborate with other departments to resolve escalations + Provide updates to Customer Service and management to support customer satisfaction + Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved + Participate in cleaning and maintaining conveyor systems and parts areas + Maintain inventory of company-issued tools + Complete all required paperwork accurately and on time + Follow all safety procedures and contribute to continuous improvement + Perform other duties as assigned **You Must Have** + High school diploma or GED + **2+ years** experience with metal fabrication tools (drills, saws, grinders) and strong mechanical/millwright skills + **2+ years** experience in material handling, industrial maintenance, or similar environments + 2+ years experience reading blueprints and schematics + 2+ years experience utilizing Microsoft Office 365 and operating a smartphone/tablet for business + **2+ years** experience operating forklifts, scissor lifts, or cranes (training provided) + **2+ years** experience working in a team environment + Ability to work long hours in a physically demanding role + Ability to work independently with a strong work ethic + Valid driver's license + Ability to travel up to 95%, including weekends **We Value** + Technical school training or **2-3 years** industrial troubleshooting experience in a customer-facing role + Mechanical aptitude and electrical troubleshooting skills + Strong teamwork and communication abilities + A positive, "can-do" attitude and willingness to learn + Strong organizational skills + Customer-facing experience **ABOUT HONEYWELL** Honeywell International Inc.
