What You Bring to Cambia: Qualifications: Strategic Financial Analyst Lead typically requires a bachelor's degree in business, accounting, economics or statistics. CPA, CMA, MBA or ASA, along with health insurance experience preferred plus 12 or more years of responsible experience and completion of certifications required in area of specification or equivalent combination of education and experience. The expected hiring range for a Lead Strategic Finance Analyst is $120,700.00 - $162,200.00 depending on skills, experience, education, and training; relevant licensure / certifications; performance history; and work location. The bonus target for this position is 15%. Oversees and coordinates the City’s yearly financial reporting efforts; prepares and produces the City’s Annual Financial Report, State Budgeting, Accounting, and Reporting System (BARS) reports and other financial surveys and reports. Under general supervision, performs a variety of complex accounting and financial activities to include preparing reports, analyzing, and auditing financial records, and designing and modifying accounting systems.

monitors cash balances and reconciles City bank accounts. </li><li style="text-align:justify">Supervises assigned Department staff; prioritizes and assigns tasks; conducts employee performance evaluations and training. </li><li style="text-align:justify">Reviews, updates, and maintains various automated systems access and data; assists in the implementation of new systems and services. </li><li style="text-align:justify">Analyzes financial and investment data to develop forecasts of expenditures and revenues; performs account reconciliations and subsidiary ledgers; conducts variance analysis on accounting data. </li><li style="text-align:justify">Performs related duties as assigned. </li></ul> <h3> </h3><h3>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS</h3><h3>Education, Training, and Experience Guidelines </h3><ul><li style="text-align:justify">Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field AND five (5) years of professional accounting or financial analysis and three (3) years supervisory experience;
