Lead complex cross-functional Finance technology and transformation programs from business case through implementation and adoption, communicate strategy and investment requirements to senior leadership, and build a high-performing Finance Systems organization focused on simplification, automation, continuous improvement, customer experience, and measurable business outcomes. This leader will partner across Finance, Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Operations, IT, HR, and other business functions to build an integrated, automated, and data-driven Finance technology ecosystem - ensuring we are using the right tools and workflows, leveraging automation and AI where appropriate, to operate lean without sacrificing rigor.
